Spring Gala

Hi, All! The 4th annual Spring Gala is definitely being held on Sat., Mar. 8th, from 7 p.m. to midnight at the Courtyard by Marriott in Cromwell.  All are invited to party with us...pre-ops, post-ops, non-ops, friends, family, couples, singles... There'll be a DJ, hors d'oevres and a cash bar. Tickets are $27 each in advance, 2 for $50 in advance (doesn't have to be a couple, can be 2 friends) or $30 each at the door.  Tickets are being sold at the Middlesex, Hamden and New Britain support group meetings or can be gotten by mailing me a check and I'll send you back your tickets.  For more info., reply to this post or e-mail me at [email protected]  If anyone would like to stay over at the hotel the night of the dance, they are holding a block of rooms for us at a reduced rate of $99 for a room with your choice of a king-sized bed or 2 queen-sized beds.  Reservations MUST be made by Thurs., Feb. 7th.  The hotel has an indoor heated pool and an exercise facility.  To make a reservation, call 1-800-MARRIOT and indicate that you want one of the rooms in the Marcus Party Block.  (Because ASBS would like our donation, but doesn't want the liability of having their organization's name on the contract or on the tickets, I had to book the dance in my name personally.  So I'm counting on all of your support to make this dance a success, or I'll be personally responsible for paying for it!)

It sounds great. I would love to go! Hubby will most likely go as well. Come on everyone, we had such a blast the last 2 times.... It is a great opportunity to mingle and PARTY!!!!!
