BRRRR.... its a cold Tuesday Log....
Sooooo... I got on the scale and guess what!!!!????!!!!!
I'm half way there! WOO HOOO!!! I've lost 78lbs and have 78lbs more to lose to my goal :)
B - 2oz of homemade chicken salad - 10g protein, 2g carbs
S - not having one, again had breakfast rather late...
L - 2oz of homemade meatloaf - 15g protein, 5g carbs
S - Pure Protein (I forgot my protein powder and ran out of emergency stash :-( ) - 20g, 18g
D - 2-3oz of chicken burger (just the meat) with 1TBSP of mustard - 20g, 2g carbs
Fluids - Decaf coffee, tea, water, the usuals and I'll add a scoop of unjury protein into one of my last drinks of the day to get the last bit of protein for the day.
Excercise - I'll either go to the gym and get on treadmill and weights or do a full body workout at home... but I'll get something done. Not walking during lunch... I'm still freezing from the morning walk from the garage.
Totals:
Protein - 85g
Carbs - 26g
