http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=nitro%2Dtech I got my bars at The Vitamin Shoppe on the Post Road in Milford. I am sure you can get them other places, and online. They have 35 Grams of protein. The S'more is my favorite! I am doing okay with my weight. I am down a total of 38 pounds, 28 from the date of surgery. I don't think I eat enough, so I am sure that is why weight loss is slow for me. I don't think I get in enough water either, but I sure as heck try. You might still be losing inches, if not actual pounds. Don't get discouraged! Tara

I'm a Nitro-Tech fan too. I buy the imitation crab meat, lagastinos (sp?) or crab, mix a bit of low fat mayo and add horseradish to mask the 'ugh' flavor of the mayo and enjoy! Bon appetite!

Does anyone drink the low carb/higher protein milk that's out now? How does that work? I love skim milk now and wonder if that will be a decent snack when I'm on the "other" side....

This is a great post However, I don't really have a favorite protein..... Here's what I do eat frequently, though. Dannon Lite N Fit Smoothies Low-fat cottage cheese with pineapple and cherries I like all seafood and all meat, chicken, etc., so I vary it daily. Peanut Butter on celery Keep them coming - this is great! God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau
