New work week..... continued comittment to a healthy me! B - Instant plain oatmeal made with water, added 1tsp of splenda bown sugar and 1 scoop of vanilla unjury  (I know its a bit carb heavy but its something I want and its not a bad carb so I'm having it!) - 24g protein, 23g carbs S - none....  I'm eating rather late in the morning and need to get fluids in so will skip the snack since lunch and breakfast are/will be protein packed and the time between the two meals isn't that long to warrant one anyways. L - 2oz of ground beef with 1tbs of spaghetti sauce - 16g protein, 1g carb S - 1oz of mozzarella cheese (will have only if I need it, get hungry) - 7g protein, .5g carbs D - 2.5oz of homemade meatloaf - 19g protein, 5g carbs Fluids - will have water, SF powders to add to water, tea's and not sure if I'll have coffee (trying to cut back on it).  One of these beverages will have another scoop of unjury in it, so there are still 4 more carbs and 20 more protein to account for. Excercise - 30min powerwalk during lunch and doing some excercise for lower body later tonight at home.  Husband has been helping me with work out routine (he was a former football player in his high school years and has been offering to help with working out.... I finally sucked it up and said, show me!  Man the guy can work my butt off, I was hurting yesterday from it all... I WANT MORE... LOL) TOTAL -   Protein - 86g Carbs -  33g

I had a hard time wrapping my head around going to work this morning.  Now I'm here I still wish I was home. I have school tonight so I won't get home until almost 9:00 p.m.  I'm with you though - just trying for another day of being committed to a healthier me. B - protein bar/4 oz. apple sauce S - 2 tbs. yogurt (all I had left) 2 tbs. strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries L - Smart Ones Creamy Parmesan Chicken with broccoli S - 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks D - chicken with zucchini in sauce with grated parmesan cheese Exercise - Take a half hour walk at lunch time. Fluids - get in my 64 oz. water.
