DEHYDRATION?? CAN ANYONE HELP?

Congrats on recognizing your need to improve your drinking habits. It's a battle for me every day, so I know how you feel.
Being dehydrated or slightly dehydrated will make you feel all sorts of bad. But, I've never heard of muscle soreness as a symptom. Glad you're going to call your Dr about it.
Some hints for the future:
Warm liquids tend to go dowm easier for many post ops. Consider adding herbal teas, SF hot cocoa, decafe coffee, etc to your daily routing if you haven't already.
Popsicles are a good way to supplement your liquid intake, as are ice chips.
