Thursdays Log.... one more day till friday ... HOORAY
Feeling somewhat better today. I'm still tired, but not totally drained, just tired....
On a good note I went to the gym last night, something I had not planned on and worked out for just under an hour...
B - 1oz of mozzarella with 5 round 12grain round melba garlic toast (1/2oz) - 9g protein, 12g of carbs
S - 12oz water with 1 scoop of Chocolate Unjury - 20g protein, 4g carbs
L - 1oz of roast beef, 2oz of mozzarella, 1 cherry tomato - 11g protein, 8g carbs
S - small decaf coffee with 1 scoop of Unjury Vanilla Flavored - 20g protein, 4g carbs
D - 2oz of Roasted chicken leg with chopped tomatoes, onions, mushroom - 13g protein, 1g carbs
Fluids - water, sugar free crystal light, and tea.
Excercise - 30min powerwalk and small hand weights.
Totals:
Protein - 72g
Carbs - 26g
*Had to edit... we had a vendor visit and they brought lunch... how can I pass up mozzarella.... before surgery I could care less... now... OMG I can't get enough mozzarella*
