B - 8oz tea w/SF Spiced Cider and 1 scoop of Unflavored Unjury Protein - 20g protein, 6g carbs
S - 1 hardboiled egg, 3 slices of turkey bacon - 15g protein, 0g carbs
L - 1oz of mozzarella, 3 whole wheat garlic melba toast - 9g protein, 12g carbs
S - Doubt I'll eat, but if I feel the need I do have 1oz of peanuts with me.
D - No clue what I'm having. No desire to eat and when I make myself eat what I have planned I can't keep it down.
Evening - Chocolate Unjury in a cup of warm water - 20g protein, 4g carbs
Fluids - I am guilty of having had a SF vanilla latte today between S and L - 8g protein, 13g carbs
Also am having more tea and water to keep my hydrated...

Protein - 72g protein
Carbs - 35g carbs
I'm not feeling my greatest right now... really run down, tired and having trouble concentrating... Also having a hard time keeping dinner down and have some pain on my left side (largest incision area). Thankfully my surgeon's office had an opening today so I'm gonna get checked out at 1230pm... plus i was overdue for my 3month follow up to begin with due to no time off available and afraid of my new insurance coverage with my company (its that HSA plan).
At this point I've decided to suck it up, make arrangements to be able to go and use others to cover for me to go get checked out... I know its important to stay on top of things and I am determined to do so...
Thankfully my supervisor was completly on board and arranged for me to go during my lunch and be able to stay out a little extra so I can get seen.
Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly again. I hope the doc has an answer for you. You are doing great keeping up your protein.

L - Smart Ones Creamy Parmesan Chicken
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - left over piece of lean, boneless pork chop 2 oz., sauteed cabbage and onions
S - 1 oz. peanuts
Water - 64 ozs, glass of 1% Simply Smart Milk
Exercise - half hour brisk walk in more ways than one.
