Somehow my profile is now not centered anymore and there is a picture added to the left side that shouldn't be there. Is there anyone online who works on the profiles that can assist me? It would be greatly appreciated.

You wouldn't believe the hell I went through to do my profile, Julie. They add coding when you upload and it's a nightmare.
There is a HTML Help committee as part of OH. These are volunteers that help you with your profile. Try that!
