Tammy - Your profile made me cry. It's so rare to see people get so personal. Mostly you just read about ones weight loss journey. Your story was just heartwrenching and I want you to know how proud I am of you for being so strong. Tara

Hi Tara! I wrote my profile from my heart - then read others and realized, uh oh, maybe I wrote too much. But these past 2 years have really helped me make my decision to have this surgery, and it was actually therapeutic for me to write. I can't wait to get to know you better! P.S. I listened to 99.9 for the first time today! ;)

Sometimes it really feels better to write your feelings and grief. It really is like self-counseling. I do it all the time. I am glad you listened! I just got home from there. What do you think of the station? I really enjoy it and for my entire life when someone would ask me where do I want to work, I always answered "Star 99.9". It's like winning on a scratch off for me to be on the air there. It's a huge accomplishment.
