HAPPY FRIDAY LOG
WOO HOO! I'm off from work today and loving it.
Didn't do a log for a few days due to female issues that seems to make me a bit umm well -> in da head ... hehehe... I can't plan foods and God forbid I try to plan during PMS time my body will revolt and I'll puke up the food and end up having to eat what it craved originally.... Thank God it only last about 1-2 days...
Breakfast - 1/3 of Puerto Rican Pastel - 4g protein, 7g carbs
Snack - medium decaf black DD coffee with 1 scoop of Unjury Chocolate - 20g protein, 4g carb
Lunch - 1oz garden salad (mainly lettuce with 2 thin cucumbers) and 2oz of chili - 4g protein, 7g carbs
Snack - tea with 1 scoop of unflavored Unjury - 20g protein, 1g carbs
Dinner - 2oz chicken thigh roasted in a little mushroom sauce - 15g protein, 2g carb
Excercise - none today... aside from playing with my 2 year old and cleaning a little taking it easy today.
Fluids - I've had some water and plan to have more, also picking up some SF powder drinks to add to bottle water. Teas, coffee's... the usual. Also since I'm a little short on protein due to my choices of food today I'll probably squeeze in a third scoop of unjury in one of my drinks this evening.
Totals:
Protein - 83g (and that incluse scoop #3 of Unjury this evening)
Carbs - 22g carbs
God I hate that time of the month when I feel like I loose control of my body and can't make it eat what I know is good for me... Does anyone else have this issue?
I miss the days when my son was little and growing up. BBUUTT I do not miss my period. That was the one good thing that came out of my uterine/cervical cancer scare besides survival. I got surgical menopause. It is great not having to deal with "that time of the month". I feel for 'ya.

Fluids - 64 oz. water, 6 oz. milk
Exercise - 40 minute brisk walk
