Hi Toni, What are the carb and sugar content in them?  With that much fruit, I'm sure the carb content is high, too.  Would like to know before I venture out to get some. thanks, paula

Toni, Never mind...I've already tried this one...it's in the refrigerated section, right?  Comes in a two pack?  They have lots of different "types" of their naked juices.  The one you must be talking about is the "Protein Zone" one.   Actually, I didn't like this at all.  It was very gritty and thick and chalky.  Just my opinion, though.  I ended up throwing away half of the first bottle and all of the second cause I knew I wouldn't drink it. paula

Hi Toni. just wanted to say that's great you found a protien drink you enjoy and it is helping you get back on  track. I have not tried it since I make my own protien drinks that I enjoy each day for breakfast. I use one 4oz container of light and fit strawberry or blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup low fat milk and a scoop of unflavored soy protien , that gives a total of 172 calories, 22 grams protien, 15 grams carbs, and 5 grams fat. Thought I'd let you know if you haven't tried anything like this before. It dissolves well just  stirring with a spoon. Keep up the good work, what kind of work outs are you doing? At a health club? I know I need to get back in the exercise groove, but I am still recovering from my knee surgery. All the best Sher
