Hi Julie You Guys are GREAT, thanks so much for the welcome. I wish I would have played around with this website months ago, instead of just updating my profile and exiting. Can't wait to have some input on some topics. My WLS has been amazing, I really am feeling fantastic and people that haven't seen me in the past year can not believe it. I will update my picture soon, it is quite a difference. Thanks again. Luis

Hi Dee Nice to meet you too. I do agree, from the warm welcomes I have been getting, this group is Great. I hope all is going well with you. I can remember being 1 month post and boy did it suck. For some reason, nobody tells you how crappy and horrible you would feel for the first 5-6 weeks, that somehow gets not mentioned, not that I would not have done this, but at least I would have been better prepared. I look forward to reading about your success also. Have a good weekend. Luis

Yes, it is quite a difference! Good to see you tonight. I am sorry I didn't stay to chat with you but I had someone watching my son for me. You're amazing! You should speak more about your success, a lot of people envy you, Luis! Tara

Hi Tara Good seeing you last night too. Yes, too bad you couldn't stay at the end. Man, that Peter was talking his ass off. I was falling asleep. He kept looking at me, so I had to try and pay attention to him. The key to my success, is just following the rules, stay off of carbs for 6 months and it will melt off of you. Don't cheat. Talk soon. Luis
