Had Post-Op Follow-Up

Went to see my buddy, Dr. Tran today. God, I love that man .. He told me it's almost impossible that I am feeling my insides jiggle around, but said it might be the fatty tissue?!? I dunno. So there goes the gases in the abdomen theory. I have a total weight loss of 27 pounds! WOW! Got the staples out and on to solid foods now! I had a little piece of meatloaf for dinner and think I ate too fast because I felt a weird, yucky, rock like feeling in my stomach. So that sucked. Now I just feel incredibly full! I am thirsty, more thirsty than normal and I wish I could just gulp some ice water. I have another 3 weeks off from my day job (YEE HA!), but I will be working overnights at Star 99.9 starting Monday morning at midnight. Ah well, at least I can sleep during the day (for 3 weeks). It's 99.9 on the radio. An adult contemporary station, they state they are adult and comtemporary. It's a good variety of music and to be honest, my whole life, this is where I've wanted to work. So this is big for me. Everything started happening at once for me. 2004 has been my year. I got this surgery stuff going, I got the job at 95.9 the Fox, then at Star .. it's my year .. it's all about me! Wahoo! Tara
