Wednesday - What's on the Menu?
Well, I haven't cooked yet today - but I had a fabulous lunch! I had scallops casino -- sea scallops baked with white wine, a bit of butter, crumbled bacon, diced red peppers and onion. It was fabulous! If you are in the area - Sarina's in Bloomfield is the best seafood place in central CT.
Anyone else have anything good to eat today?

Okay i love this part........ I think it is a great idea to post what was eaten (gives me an idea where i should be).
Today for lunch I had a wrap that had Grilled red and green peppers, green and yellow quash, onions, mushrooms with honey mustard and gorgonzola cheese I am only able to eat half of this (about 3 inches), it was the best. it didn't leave that heavy feeling (the one you get after eating meat or chicken). If you up in Bethel go to Villarina's they are soooo good.

I, however, worked through lunch & shared a sandwich with my new boss. It was turkey & cheese on a roll with a tiny bit of mayo. I ate about 1/3 of the roll, 1/2 of the turkey & a few bites of cheese. I was full. Whoda thunk I could be full on less than 1/2 of a sandwich?? Alas, I'm now hungry & can't leave work for another hour or so. Guess it's time for a protein drink -- Nectar Fuzzy Navel.
