You're right they do have the swabs but the breath spray promotes you to create your own saliva which is more hydrating to your mouth - but don't feel obligated to get the breath spray!

What about anti-persperant?

You're going to do great Kathy!

Althought the hospital has some, I'd think about packing a few femine pads.   I had read and followed the list I got from the hospital/surgeon's office (can't remember which) and it said pads and i was like, why? I'm not due for it... no way is the surgery gonna trigger it... damn it if i didn't happen to me....  24hours after surgery I had my monthly cycle... it was early and I was ripping mad for not packing my own pad that I felt comfortable in and thankfully the hospital had some on hand but its not the same ;)... Just a suggestion :)

Big hugs, Kathy, and good luck! The only things I used that I packed was chapstick flipflops deoderant glasses bc pill brush list of phone numbers for hubby to call EARPLUGS! Did I mention earplugs?  I had 2 others in my room, one was a snorer and one was a talker, not to mention the hallway noise!  Hugs!
