Friday - what are we eating???
Well, yesterday was a disaster for me - I ate and ate! Hoping to be a bit better today.
Not sure if I'll get to start this post over the weekend, so if anyone else wants to start it - feel free!
Here goes for today:
B - 1 can of EAS AdvantAge protein shake
2 small plums
L - 1 foot-long frankfurter on 1/2 bun
Kozy-shack sugar-free tapioca pudding (4 oz)
Lots of water!

Whew....you all have kept me so busy with the roll call I didn't get to list what I ate today!!!
Breakfast
1/2 cup 1-2% cottage cheese
1 spoonful of sour cream
lots of garlic salt
3 small pieces of pre-cooked bacon
Lunch
1 eggfoo yung patty (roast pork) with a spoonful of the sauce
insides of an eggroll
4oz of fresh blueberries
snack
small bag of smartpop cheddar cheese popcorn
Dinner
4oz of baked Talapia
1/2 cup of sauteed mushroom and onion mixture (little red cooking wine and garlic, olive oil)
Snack
1/2 cup of mixed nuts and raisin mixture
not too bad. I need to stop with the nuts though. They are my downfall!!

I have trouble with breakfasts during the weeek (Monday thru Friday) because I need to eat after I get to work as I go to work very early in the morning. But today (Saturday) I had a great breakfast I wanted to share with all of you:
A whole wheat low carb tortilla with a scrambled egg with salsa mixed in it and than topped with low fat shredded cheese - it was excellent - smile
