Can you tell I'm happy its friday!! WOO HOOO!!!! I have a bit on my mind and am overall looking forward to the weekend (when am I not ?)
It's been a stressful couple of days (mentally), I'll tell more in a seperate post!
B - 1/2oz of eggs, 1.5 slice of turkey bacon - 2g protein, 0g carbs
S - Homemade chicken salad (2oz of canned chicken, 1tsp of lite mayo, 1tsp of mustard, salt and pepper to taste), with 1/2 scoop of Unflavored Unjury- 23g protein, 2g carb
L - 1.5oz of roasted center cut chops with 1.5oz of applesauce that I put 1/2 scoop of unflavored unjury - 19g protein, 8g carbs
S - 1.5oz of mozzarella - 11g protein, 1g carb
D - 1.5oz of roasted chicken breast with 1/2oz of mozzarella - 16g protein, 1g carb
Eve - 4oz milk, 4oz warm water, 1 scoop of Chocolate Unjury - 24g protein, 10g carbs
Fluids - On top of what I have already in here, I'll drink tea and water.
Totals:
Protein - 95g
Carbs - 22g
This is what i have planned to eat and will do my best to stick to it however a tad bit stressed and there was a time I'd pig out and eat the wrong foods when I was stressed, now I forget to eat or have no appetite when it happens. Originally for breakfast I had 1oz of egg and 3 slices of bacon (or .5oz of bacon which is what it weighed in at). I could only force 1/2 down and ended up having the babe eat the rest (he asked for more so I just passed him my plate since i wasn't hungry)
Hope your stress disappears. My babe doesn't need to be eating my leftovers so I try not to give it to him.
Not doing too well today with what I'm eating but I will let it pass and plan/resist better tomorrow.
B - protein bar/banana
S - small box of raisins
L - Wendy's chili with cheese/Apple
S - Twix bars/yogurt with blueberries
D - Going to an hors d'oerves (sp?)/dessert party at my sister's, gonna try to stick to cheese and pepperoni and a little crackers.
Exercise - 40 min. walk in the parking garage - uphill 4 levels.
Fluids - 64 oz. water, decaf tea
