Has anyone ever heard of these?
One month after surgery, I still have very little energy. I'm getting my protein (as much as I hate gagging it down), I take a multi vitamin and my B12 and usually get in all my H20, but still feel very weak. A friend recently suggested a product call Juice Plus+. I guess it's in a pill or chewable form. She's a cancer survivor and sings it's praises. There is info on line about it, but I was wondering if anyone has ever tried this or any other type of supplement that has helped them boost their energy.
Thanks in advance for any info.
HAPPY FOURTH!!

Hi Dee,
My husband saw a specialist for something, and suggested Juice Plus, however it is extremely expensive!! We went to a health food store, and asked the people there, and they had an equivalent, but much cheaper called Ultra Juice. My husband says it has helped him.
By the way, I am still tired alot too. But I have had a few days where I felt like my old self, so I think it will get better as time goes on.

Hi Dee,
I would be VERY cautious with anything that could contain juice so early in the game. Check the sugar content, the entire label really, and be very careful of anything that ends in -ose, that means it's some form of sugar and that early in the game it'll probably make you dump.
I didn't have energy until the 6th week or so, and even then it was fleeting spurts and then dead-tired again, similar to being pregnant. It will get better! I promise! Now I have energy to spare.
Happy fourth to you too! And everyone!
