I can't seem to shake this tired feeling.... I'm back on track with my protein, vitamins and taking in fluids but still feel really worn out, wonder what is going on?
B - 2oz of egg salad (2hard boiled eggs, 1tsp mayo, 1.5tsp mustard, dash of salt and pepper) - 9g protein, 2g carb
S - 12oz decaf coffee black (no sugar, no milk product) with 1 serving of Chocolate Unjury - 20g protein, 4g carbs
L - 1oz of chicken breast with 1oz of carrots- 12g protein, 2g carbs
S - 1.5oz of mozzarella - 10g protein, 1g carbs
D - 2oz of center cup chops (bone in) roasted - 17g protein, 0g carbs
Evening - SF Spiced Cider w/scoop of Unflavored Unjury - 20g protein, 5g carbs
Fluids - water, tea, coffee to stay hydrated!
TOTALS:
PROTEIN - 88g
CARBS - 14g
No excercise today, still have laundry to take care of...
I'm giving pork a shot tonight. All pork I have tried has made me sick so far, its been 3weeks, maybe 4 since I last tried to eat pork and would like to see how it settles again so trying it tonight. Homemade only, that way I know what goes into it!
B - Protein Bar, small banana
S - Box of Raisins
L - South Beach Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad chips plus one apple peeled and cut up and minus the yucky pita chips.
S - Yogurt with blueberries
D - Steak and salad
S - pineapple chunks
Exercise - Went for a half hour walk at lunch time.
Fluids - 64 oz. water and decaf tea.
This weekend coming up is all to myself - no commitments to anyone. Ahhhhh.
