Let's do it again..... What are we eating?
I think it would help us to do this for a few days?!? So here goes:
B - 1 serving Mother's Oatmeal mixed with Howards Maple Syrup and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts - also 1/4 cup skim milk on top.
Dannon Light N Fit Smoothie
Snack - Fresh Mixed Fruit - about 2 cups
Lunch - 1/2 Wendy's Taco Salad
Also had Medium Dunkin Donuts Fat Free, Decaf Latte mixed with Splenda
and lots of H20

Ok, I'm in.
Breakfast: 2 ozs. low-fat pineapple cottage cheese
1/2 string cheese.
Mid morning: 4 ounces protein shake
Lunch: 2 ounces chicken salad (pureed) w/light mayo
2 ounce 98% fat-free turkey chili (mashed) w/
1 tsp. of fat-free sour cream
1/2 string cheese
mid-afternoon: 4 ounces protein shake.
I also had about 6-8 ounces of a DD French Vanilla Iced coffee with skim milk and 1 sweet & low.
Dinner - will be same as lunch probably

I like this thread..we should keep it up here on the CT board...its like journaling but with a different flair...maybe give one another ideas....I will not be able to participate...for a while..(my surgery is Friday!!)but still would love to see what everyone eats daily...Heck as soon as I am post op--I will join in..even if its just protein shakes and water! I want in!'

Well I did do better today....at least I didn't feel like I did yesterday. Wow was I not feeling good at all.
Breakfast....
1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese
1 spoonful of sour cream
lots of garlic powder
4 small pieces of pre-cooked bacon
Snack
Berry Strive Protein Bar
Lunch
Went to Friendly's and they have low carb meals so I got the 1/2 pound bunless mushroom, swiss cheese and bacon burger. I ate the 2 pieces of bacon and about half the burger with a couple of mushrooms and a pickle spear

small cup of low carb raspberry swirl ice cream from Bill's Carousel in New Haven......yummmm
Dinner
1/2 cup of mixed nuts and raisins.........not really hungry tonight.

L - 2 1/2 oz low fat cheese
10 sm carrots
1/2 c peaches
S - low carb protein bar
D - 2 oz turkey breast
1 oz alpine lace cheese
1 slice low carb bread
1 T light mayo
1 dill pickle
I bought some Q-Smart snack crisps today, so I'm going to try them,
I'll let you all know how they are.
