Hi Kathy, Well I'm glad you started this today cause mine was good as far as food goes B - 3/4 c low carb cereal 1/2 c lactaid 1% milk S - small protein bar L - 8 sm carrots 2 1/2 oz low fat cheese 1/2 c peaches S - small protein bar D - 3 oz chicken 1/2 c carrots I've been trying to up my protein to help hopefully with the hair loss so I've been having protein bars. They're called Morning Start and are really good, almost too good. Have a great week and Holiday. Mary Lou P. S. where do you find Vitamuffin's. I have been dying for a muffin but haven't found one that I think would be okay to have

Hi MaryLou. I found the muffins at Stop & Shop in the organic/health food section in the freezer. They are very tiny, but they are nice for a change. Thanks for sharing. God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau

Great post!! As A pre-op, I think the thing I am most concerned about is going to be eating the right thing, so this is great for me copy. The meals don't sound to bad either!!! Thanks. Phyllis
