What are we eating?
Hi Kathy,
Well I'm glad you started this today cause mine was good as far as food goes
B - 3/4 c low carb cereal
1/2 c lactaid 1% milk
S - small protein bar
L - 8 sm carrots
2 1/2 oz low fat cheese
1/2 c peaches
S - small protein bar
D - 3 oz chicken
1/2 c carrots
I've been trying to up my protein to help hopefully with the hair loss so I've been having protein bars. They're called Morning Start and are really good, almost too good.

P. S. where do you find Vitamuffin's. I have been dying for a muffin but haven't found one that I think would be okay to have
