Wednesday (Hump Day) Log
Half way threw the week! Other than that not much else to say
B - 2.5oz of homemade egg salad (2 eggs, 1tsp mayo and 1tsp mustard, salt and pepper) - 9g protein, 2g carbs
S - 1oz mozzarella cheese - 7g protein, 1g carb
L - 1oz of ground turkey with .5oz of mozzarella - 10g protein, 0g carb
S - 1oz mozzarella cheese - 7g protein, 1g carb
D - 2oz of pot roast (meat only) - 15g protein, 0g carb
Evening - 8oz of glass of milk with Unjury Chocolate - 28g protein, 16g carb
Fluids - Water, decaf coffee w/splenda and a little cream and tea
Excercise - Does going up and down the stairs working on 10loads of laundry count?
B - Protein Bar/Applesauce
S - Tiny Box of Raisins (this might be TMI but it keeps me regular, he-he)
L - Smart Ones Shrimp Marinara (won't do again, not enough protein)
S - Yogurt with blueberries
D - Turkey Burger with salad
S - fresh pineapple chunks
Fluids - water and decaf tea - 64 ozs.
Exercise - none today (too many errands at lunch hour) but I will do double tomorrow.
I think ten loads of laundry counts!
