Books on WLS

Can anyone suggest any good books to read on WLF before I have my surgery. I have not ready one single book on the subject, so I feel I should at least do that. JA

JA: I have several books on WLS. I lent 4 of them the Deanna. I have a few more I can bring with me to the July 6th meeting if you want. The ones I still have are: Tiny Bites by Saundra Parke Weight Loss Surgery by Michelle Boasten Weight Loss Surgery Finding the thin person hiding inside you by Barbara Thompson Let me know if you want me to bring them to the meeting. I will see if Deanna is done with any of the others so she can bring them also. The one by Barbara Thompson was one of the best I read. See ya on the 6th. Chryssie

Hi JA...and chryssie Yep i have the four books that Chryssie lent me and am almost done with the fourth....i will definitely bring them with me to the meeting. I will be there with bells on......and OMG are they great..i especially like the Phat Finish one with one woman's diary thing.... ttyl deanna

I can't tell you exactly who the author is, but she has a website called www.phatfinish.com she is also listed on this website (her story is i mean) ... i am not home, and the book is at my house.... hope this helps deanna
