Hello All. I know I posted that all was clear at the Cardiologist but I was mistaken. The P.A. had said everything looked fine. On my way to Maryland, which is where I am now I received a call from Dr. Rogan on my cell. My Nuclear Stress Test did not come back good at all and they told me it could mean I have a blockage or even blockages. He said its about a 25 % chance that I do but it could be nothing at all. Now I have to go meet with a different cardiologist on wednesday and then he will be performing an Angiogram most likely on 7/8. They may have a cancellation on the 1st and they will be able to get me in then. I cried so hard when the Dr. told me. I am so upset. First and foremost because I may have something wrong with my heart and secondly because this will yet again delay my WLS. In my heart I know everything will be ok and if not this was a blessing because I never would have known. I also called home tonight to check in on the family and the new puppy and we had a death in the family again. My great Aunt past away last night. This is now the 3rd death in my family in the past few months. My poor mom is feeling just numb because she has not been doing well with her sisters murder and now this. I'm heading home tomorrow. I don't know what else to say. I am so overwelmed. Bye for now. Good night. ~Julie~

Hi Julie, First of all, I am so sorry for the trouble you are experiencing! It is so stressful and overwhelming, I know. Try to take one day at a time. I find that when I look too far ahead, I stress myself out to the point where I can't think logically at all! Take one thing at a time...get the angiogram done, and then go from there. I will keep you in my prayers. xo JA

Julie, What can I say?? You seem to have one difficult challenge after another but I do applaud your courageous attitude. As far as the cardio issues go as you said it is better to know that now than have something happen while under anestesia (sp?). Your appointments aren't that far away and we will all pray that they come back negative so your surgery can be scheduled. You might want to talk to your surgeon's office also (after you get the results). I know that Dr. Bell's office does not make people go back to the bottom of the list when they have needed to have something else done as a result of the cardio clearance. Yes you have to wait for that clearance but then they squeeze you in asap. So it would be worth talking to them. I am sorry about the passing of your great aunt. They say that things happen in 3's so your family should be done!! Please keep your chin up and know that we are all praying for you and your family. Linda

Hi Julie, I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through right now. It really has been a difficult journey for you. Please know that you are in my prayers, and I am confident that it will all work out in the end for you and for the surgery. It is actually good that they found out about your heart now -- I can't imagine what would have happened otherwise during a major surgery. You are doing the right things to help to get yourself healthy, and I'm sure that it will be all worthwhile later. As far as the losses in your family - I can only pray for you and for your mom. It seems as though you've all had more than your share of mourning, and I pray that there will be happiness and blessings for all of you soon. Let me know if I can be of any help. God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau

Gee, Julie, should we change your name to Job? You are such a strong influence on this site, a show again, of no matter how we are tested, you seem to reach out to others and make it through each challenge. Be there for your Mom and trust me, she will always remember that. You are also in good hands with your heart, because a heart like yours is precious and will be just fine. Hang in there. XXOO Cheryl
