Tuesday's Log ....... is it friday yet???
I have no comment today! Its Tuesday, I'm tired and I forgot my vitamins at home so I'll have to play catch up later tonight... I hate when I forget them.... I'm sooooooo dragging today!
B - 1 toaster scramble (I'm paying for this breakfast as I type it. My stomach is telling me what the hell were you thinking eating this crap! Get to the bathroom NOW!) - 4g protein, 15g carbs
S - I think I'm gonna have to pass on snacking especially after breakfast, my stomach just isn't right at the moment
L - 2 perdue turkey meatballs w/1 TBS of sauce - 15g protein, 6g carbs
S - 1 hardboiled egg - 5g protein, 1g carb
D - 1.5oz ground turkey meat - 12g protein, 0g carbs
Fluids - decaf coffee, tea, water, and I'll add protein powder to at least one of the beverages to get me over the hump and meet my protein requirement. Won't be as high as usual, I'm out of Unjury and expecting a shipment tomorrow!
Excercise - I'm hoping to make it to the gym for an hour of treadmill and weights.
B - Protein Bar (some chocolate-yippee)/applesauce
S - Tiny box of raisins
L - Smart Ones Turkey medallions with green beans
S - Yogurt with blueberries - my fav.
D - Fish with broccoli
S - Apple
Took a 40 minute walk on my lunch hour. It was beautiful out there. I hope tomorrow is the same. I seem to be back on track again. I had plateaued - going nowhere (at least not up). Had to crack down on my self and remind myself of my goal and what it was worth not to be fat anymore. I shut down those extra calories that were sneaking in.
