At the last support group meeting someone mentioned Greek yougurt. Well I finally found it. Stop&Shop in Hamden has it and Orchard Hill Market in Branford does too. S&S has it with a side of cherry to mix in. If you like feta cheese you will probibly like the greek yogurt. It is very tangy (similar to sour cream) and not sweet at all. I put fresh blueberries on mine. It has 0 fat 6 carbs 6 sugars and 15 grams of protein. I would only buy 1 to see if you like it. It is a good alternative to get that protein in. Have a great weekend!! Chryssie

In what section of Stop & Shop did you find the Greek Yogurt?

It is in the all natural section in the cooler case. It takes some getting used to but I can't beat the protein. Chryssie

I think I will try it..wonder if I can have that after surgery?? Will ask the dietician when she visits me in the hospital Joanie
