Weekend flew by, yet again! How I look forward to those wonderful weekends... I like my co-workers but would rather be home with my family and friends! B - 3 slices of pre-cooked (ready to serve) bacon - 5g protein, 0g carbs S - 1.5oz of mozzarella cheese - 7g protein, 1g carb L - 1 turkey hot dog - 6g protein, 1g carb S - .5oz of pistachio - 3g protein, 3g carbs D - 1 beef patty (Oncor) - 18g protein, 11g carbs Fluids - SF cider, water, tea, and with 2 of these drinks I will be adding Unflavored Unjury Protein powder (total 40g protein additional to what I've eaten above) Total Protein for the day - 79g Total Carbs for the day - 16g Excercise - I'm going to try and walk during my lunch but doubt I'll get any real excercise today. I've commited myself to going back to the gym again after a month hiatus from it; but it won't be till tomorrow.
