GET TOGETHER RECIPE JELLO SALAD
Janet's Jell-O Salad:
1 (16oz) container of small curd cottage cheese
1 small container of cool whip (any kind reg, low fat, fat free)
1 small box of sugar free Jell-O (any flavor)
1 lb bag of frozen berries or fresh fruit of your choice
Mix cottage cheese and cool whip together and then add Jell-O mix, blend
well then add fruit. Put in fridge for 4 hours or over night

Hi Everyone,
I made this yesterday for my families' Fathers' day celebration and it was quite the hit. Here are some variations I used.
I added about 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
I used low-fat pineapple cottage cheese
Yum, Yum, Yum -- in fact, I wish I had more for a snack later today.
