Recipe Makers-a question for you

Hi all - For those that submitted the recipes just posted by Mary Lou, I would like to know if you would mind if I submit them to our St Raphael's nutritionist? The St Raph's support group is compiling a cookbook, and I thought it would be a great idea to get all of our recipes into that book! Plus they will figure out the nutrition content for us. So, let me know if you object, otherwise, I will compile them all into an email and ship them off. Can't guarantee they'll make the final cut-off, but they were all yummy, and I hope they all make it into the book! Hugs, Carla

Hi Carla, I really don't mind your submitting my recipe however it was just an adaptation from a restaurant's cookbook. I don't know if there would be any problem with that....you know copyrights etc. There are adaptations to it such as the chicken instead of potatoes and using the Sugar Twin Brown Sugar instead of regular. It is really really good though..... Linda

Hey Linda, You're right about the copyright stuff etc... Mine too was an adaptation from a recipe I found. I will be sure to mention that in my email to the nutritionist. I'm sure they're going to run into that with a lot of recipes. Maybe they can just put a general disclaimer on the book!! But your dish was too good not to share!! Here's hoping... Hugs, Carla
