Holidays are all over with and hopefully so is the darn flu I caught right before the New Years!
Hope everyone had a wonderful, blessed and safe holiday!
Back to the grind and back to being ultra careful on what I allow into my body :)
B - 1.5oz of london broil (broiled) - 13g protein, 0g carbs
S - decaf black coffee w/envelope of SF Carnation Instant Breakfast - 6g protein, 12g carbs
L - 3oz of canned corned beef (I can eat up to 3oz of this due to the mushy consistency) - 23g protein, 0g carbs
S - 1oz of mozzarella cheese - 7g protein, 1g carb
D - 1.5oz of beef stew meat (no veggies) - 13g protein, 0g carbs
Evening - 8oz milk - 8g protein, 10g carbs
Total protein - 70g - Look Ma! No protein shake and I made 70g of protein! LOL... I still might add a scoup into a tea just to make double sure i get enough protein since i've been sick for over a week now.
Total carbs - 25g
Fluids - aside from what's already in the log, I'll have water and tea to keep my hydrated!
Excercise - 30min powerwalk. I want to get back to the gym ASAP but my asthma is still acting out on me... so a bit afraid to try yet.
B - Protein Bar/applesauce
S - tiny box of raisins
L - South Beach Diet Cranberry Chicken Walnut Salad with apple added in.
S - yogurt with blueberries
D - eating out - probably chicken or fish and a vegetable.
Can't wait until it warms up out there. I'm loving in our fireplace these days.
