Spring - err.. I mean Summer- cleaning!

Hi guys and gals... OK, so we're getting the house ready for some new tennants to move in to our downstairs apartment. It's been empty for a while, so it'll be nice to have the income. (hope they're nice people - they seem to be, but you never do know) Anyway, this causes me to absolutely HAVE to clean out my basement so they can have SOME storage space. Currently, I use my basement as my 'gym', but, that's got to stop, with the new tennants coming. So, it's moving to my spare bedroom. This leaves me with an excess of equipment (to say the least) Is there anybody that's interested in any of the following? 1. Manual Treadmill (very reliable and a heck of a workout!) 2. Electric Treadmill (good shape, very sturdy) 3. Stair Stepper (not electric, but a darn good one) 4. Nautilus machine (a weight machine- I think it goes up to 175 lbs and does all kinds of exercises, upper and lower body and abs) I'm very willing to discuss any fair (or downright cheap!) offer to get this stuff out of the house. It's all in great shape. I know we don't think much about indoor equipment in the summer, but it's really good equipment and great for inclement weather or days it's too hot outside. Please consider your future needs when you think about it. I live in Manchester. I do have a truck, so we could talk about delivery, if you need it. Please just drop me a line. Thanks! Lisa C

Hi Lisa, Sorry I don't need any equipment, we have all that stuff too. I have been hanging my laundry on all of it for quite a while, but just started using the equipment again on Wednesday. Good luck selling it. Anne

Hi Lisa, Well I hear you girlfriend!!! I am soooo overwhelmed with cleaning out things that I can't think straight. Tomorrow is a big tag sale at my house if anyone is interested...... That said I am interested in the Electric Treadmill. I don't have room here but I should have room in the new condo. The thing is I know you probably need to get it out of your house soon and I really can't take it yet. Although I will know better after the tag sale and things are a bit more organized. Hey Lisa I am very intersted in 1 or two things....the stair stepper for sure and one of the treadmills depending on the price and size. I would love the electric treadmill but if it is out of my range I could go for the Manual one. Ahhh this is so fun...I love shopping!
