It feels good Linda. I've been doing well with the Optifast, barely cheated at all in over a week. 5 days to go til I walk through the door. I am very excited. Not nervous at all, actually. I think that is because I am 100% certain of my decision. More people know now. I am very open about it. I am getting a lot of "You don't look big enough for this surgery" type comments. The nurse when I went for my pre-op testing said it too. My response "sometimes people need a kickstart on educating themselves to eat better". You are right - the real work is coming and I am so ready!! Tara
