Well let me just tell you all. I have been hearing about the FF SF Vanilla latte on the main board so I just HAD to try it this morning. I never thought something that didn't have any fat or sugar could taste so good. I know it has caffeine but it was yummy. Just thought I would pass this on. OH and I also tried Carb Countdown yogurt. They come in drinkable and the original. They have 12 or 13 grams of protein, 80 to 100 calories, less than 3 grams of fat, 4 grams of carbs,1 gram of sugar and 30% of the DRA of calcium. These are also great. I like the drinkable one better. Chryssie

Hey Chryssie, I get the fat-free, sugar-free, DECAF hazelnut latte (sometimes I get the fat-free, sugar-free, DECAF vanilla latte) they are both very, very good. I also get a decaf latte, made with skim milk and a shot of caramel (not the caramel syrup) with 1 Splenda from Dunkin Donuts - not too bad either. Enjoy, God Bless, Kathy Bilodeau

You ladies are fonts of useful information! I've been mourning my decaf mocha frappucino in recent weeks, but I'll have to try one or both of these options. Have a good day! Kathy F.

Let's not forget that these lovely Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts things are great ICED too! Yum Yum. (and yes, you can order decaf and it still tastes good!)
