SUMMER GET TOGETHER

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to post about our summer get-together which took place yesterday. What a great day, great weather, good friends and good food, who could ask for more. Sorry some of you couldn't make it, but I'm sure we will be doing this again and we'll try to give more notice. I'd like to thank everyone on the committee and the volunteers for their hard work to put this together. It was certainly great team work. It was so nice to meet you all and I'm looking forward to the next one. Anyone have any suggestions!!! Well have a great week and wish me luck I'm starting a new job on Monday after being out of work for two years and half of me is excited and the other half is really nervous. Hi Mary Lou! I wish I was able to make it to the get together, but I had no time to get up there. I work in the radio industry and have 4 different jobs! Congratulations on the new job! Mary Lou, CONGRATULATIONS on your new job!! It is really difficult to go back, I went back full time after being an at home mom for 8 years. It was very weird the first few months. It took me that long to get a real schedule going. Thank you all for making me feel like I was there with you all. I am still having a little bit of a fever, it's low grade, but enough of course to make me feel lousy. Now today have to face beginning the appeal process. We had a bit of a run in with the plastic surgeon's office on Friday. My DH was real mad at them. If anyone wants details email me it's too long to get into here. Hey Mary Lou, How is your first day of your job? Fill us out about your job this weekend. I know it is not easy to go back to work because I know what it like since I was stayed home with my daughter after she borns for 5 months. It will getting better on each day. Kathy
