Support Meetings

Hi I am new to this and was wondering can you go to any support meeting or just the ones for your doctor. The second monday each month is not always a good time and I hate missing meetings. Also it is far from where I live and work and others might be closer. Any advice would be appreciated. Meli

Hi Meli My doctor (Dr. Barba) holds monthly support meeting in the auditorium at St. Francis Hospital. It'st the last Tuesday of every month from 6pm to 8pm. They do not ask your name and there is nothing discussed that relates only to his practice. There might be some things that come up on the his process but mostly it's about diet, feelings, etc... Meli: There is a support group at Yale in New Haven every 1st Tuesday. It is mostly Dr.Bell's patients but anyone is welcome. They are from 6-7:30ish. You are more than welcome to attend. If you have any questions e-mail me. Chryssie
