B - Instant SF Carnation Breakfast w/12oz black decaf coffee - 4g protein, 12g carbs S - 1oz mozarella cheese stick - 8g protein, 1g carb L - 2oz of Salad (had spring mix, chick peas, avocado, diced chicken, walnuts, kidney beans and egg) - 7g protein, 2g carbs S - Diet Hot Chocolate w/1scoop of unflavored Unjury - 22g protein, 5g carbs
D - 2oz of shepperds Pie - 9g protein, 4g carbs
Evening - Tea with a scoop of Unflavored Unjury - 20g protein, 2g carbs That should get me around 70g of protein for the day and keep me in the 20's for carbs....
Liquids - Also drinking some good ole fashion water today and tea to get me threw the day.
Excercise - 30min walk
