4 Week Update!!!

Hi gang, I went to my four week post op check up today and here's the stats. Total pounds lost = 24.5. I have gone from a size 18 to a size 14. I have advanced to the "soft foods" stage which means no more puree. I have also lost about 8 inches. This journey has been a great one so far. I know I couldn't have done it without all of you there to support me. Thank you all so much for your continued support to me and everyone else on the board. Maggie
