Monday Log....
Well I'm not feeling so great. I had my first major dumping incident. I accidently grabbed Alpine Spiced Cider, however when I grabbed it I thought it was my Sugar Free. It wasn't... it was hte regular one my daughter had.... I was soooo sick yesterday evening that I had to lay down and go to sleep; I couldn't take it anymore. Today I don't feel back to 100% but do feel better, thank GOD! B - 1/2 egg with 1 slice of bacon - 4g protein, 0g carbs S - Nothing, didn't feel hungry L - 1oz of chicken thigh with 2 slice of bacon (was microwaving chicken so to give a little moisture wrapped it with bacon and nuked it - 11g protein, 0g carbs
S - Spirutein Protein Powder - 18g protein, 17g carbs D - 1.5oz of turkey meatballs - 7g protein, 3gcarbs Evening - Nectar Whey protein Lemonade - 23g protein, 0g carbs Fluids - Water, coffee, SF cider I know I'm on the lower side on my protein but just not having an appetite today and I cannot stand the Nectar Whey.. I still have to place an order for Unjury protein so I can make sure I take in my protein with little to no carbs... this will have to do for today.
