GREAT BOOK

Hello Everybody, I was in book store to buy my daughter, who loves reading books , some books for this long weekend and that hot book got my attention on new books on shelf. It called BEFORE & AFTER : LIVING & eATING weLL AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY BY SUSAN MARIA LEACH. IT IS GREAT BOOK FOR PRE OP PEOPLE TO LEARN ABOUT EATING STAGE LEVEL(SOFT FOODS TO NORMAL FOODS) FOODS WITH RECIPES. THAT PERSON SUSAN IS A CHEF AND LOVING COOK. SHE GAVE OVER 100 RECIPES TO ALL OF US. I WAS HOOKED THAT BOOK LAST NIGHT AND READ ALL. IT COSTS ME $24.94. tHAT NEW BOOK CAME OUT THIS EARLY MAY KATHY

Hi Kathy! Now isn't that a great book!! I had pre-ordered it so I got it when it first came out in the beginning of the month. I just love Susan Maria's recipes and her outlook on life. I wish I had brought it with me as I wanted to show my cousin some of the recipes as he is a culinary institute graduate. We have been talking about ideas of things for me to bring on the 12th . You folks may be in for a real treat As it was I brought 6 books with me on this trip and I have finished 2 and 3/4 of them already. Hey what can I say I am a reader........obsession. Linda

Loved the BooK!! I love reading about other people's journeys. It answers alot of questions for me. Questions I didn't know I even had!!! You'll enjoy it.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for good books to read about weigtloss surgery and eating? I had surgery on April 22, 2004 and am looking for help books on trying to eat again. Thanks Beth
