TGIF and the storm has passed..... Log....
So the storm has passed and I pray and hope everyone is safe and sound after the storm we just had. Yesterday the highways were crazy, I was stuck on 84 East bound for close to 3 hours trying to get home! Thankfully we made it home fine!
B - 1 fried egg (spray not oil to fry it), 2 slices of bacon - 11g protein, 1g carb S - 16oz decaf coffe (no cream, no sugar or substitute) w/instant carnation breakfast powder - 5g protein, 12g carbs. L - 1/2 cup chicken noodle soup - 3g protein, 1g carb S - Teriyaki Flavored Beef and Ostrich Stick - 14g protein, 3g carbs D - 3oz corned beef (its almost like a hash, no carb and very easy to eat since its soft, mushy which is why I can have almost 3oz worth) - 17g protein, 0g carbs Evening - I'll have a scoop of roadside lemonade Nectar Whey with some crushed ice and water to get another 23g of protein in. That will put me over 70g protein for the day. Since I finally finished the Zero Carb Isopure i bought prior to surgery... I can order 1 large container of Unjury! WOO HOO.... I can't wait... I so prefer that over all the other protein powders! Beside what I've already stated, I'll also drink some water, more coffee, and tea to stay hydrated. Excercise - Probably none today... to wet outside to walk, not even sure if the Y is open today but I know me.. I won't go even if it is.
