Thursday's winter weather log...
So is everyone prepared for the storm that's headed our way. With all this hype it better not just drop some flurries and vanish... then again I'd prefer if that is what would happen cause i hate driving in snow and ice... especially ice!
B - 1/2oz of eggs, 1oz sausage, 1/4oz of bacon - 9g protein, 1g carb
S - Coffee w/protein powder - 25g protein, 0g carb L - 1.5oz of hamburger - 9g protein, 0g carb S - .5oz of pistachio - 3g protein, 4g carbs D - 2oz canned corned beef - 15g protein, 2g carbs Liquids: water, tea, coffee, SF cider and SF powder drinks to add to water bottles. I'll also add another scoop of protein powder (25g protein, 0g carb) to one of my beverages in the afternoon/evening to make sure I get over 70g of protein today! Excercise: Since I can't get to the gym due to the weather, I'll do some stretches and arm weights at home tonight to stay moving! HOPE EVERYONE HAS A SAFE DAY! STAY WARM!
