I thought i posted a log yesterday but can't find it anywhere after the fact and was to lazy to type it all up again! Well hope everyone is doing good!
Have you gotten your christmas shopping started yet? I finally got started. I opted this year to buy most of my stuff online. I can't stand to go to the mall and have to shop with all those droves of people there. That said, I still find myself going out to the store a lot the last week. Everyone ready for the snow that is coming our way? I just found out last night we were expecting blizzard like conditions. Checked the forecast, looks like its mostly snow storms, not blizzard but I'm gonna hit up my navy friend who does forecasting and see what he says. He's yet to be wrong on a forecast when I've asked him! Here's todays log after my ton of rambling: B - 4 slices of ready to serve bacon and 1oz of string cheese (total 1.5oz) - 12g protein, 1g carb S - Coffee with Zero Carb Isopure protein powder - 25g protein, 0g carb L - 2oz of chicken BLT salad from Wendy's (Left overs from last night that I bought for me and my 2 year old) - 5g protein, 3g carbs S - Diet hot chocolate w/Zero Carb Isopure powder - 27g protein, 4g carbs
D - Not sure... my daughter has a concert at her school tonight so we may end up having to eat out, although I rather have some home cooked meal... have to see.... I have bottled water, coffee, tea and such to keep me hydrated. Gotta remember to drink my vitamins... slacked a little yesterday, bad me!
Excercise - I want to go to the gym however not sure if I will have time since my girls concert is at 630pm, I get out of work at 515pm. By the time I have time I fear the gym will be closing! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!
