baby steps

Okay...i just got off the phone with the nutritionist ...i have that appointment on July 9th (a day before my hopefully last "being fat" birthday) and i think i already said..my psych evaluation is on the 30th of June...things are moving right along..thank you to everyone for your encouraging words and your support !!!..ohh yeah..and im going to the library at lunch to check out a book on the surgery that they have on hold for me....(chryssie..i still want to get together..or at least see you at the get together!!) thanks again deanna
