I second what Bette said. I use fitday.com religously as it not only gives me protein info but also calories and carbs. I get in more than enough protein as I don't put much in my mouth unless it has protein in it. I don't use the shakes anymore and only occasionally the bars. Try out Fitday. It does take a bit of getting the hang of it but once you do its easy. I also use the weight and activities sections.
