Directions to the Get-Together

Hi Everyone, As you have probably read (if not, see Mary Lou's postings), we will be having another get-together on June 12th. The gathering will take place at Victory Outreach Ministries, 329 Scantic Road, East Windsor, CT, outside and in the church fellowship hall. To get to the church: Take 91 North, exit 44 East Windsor. Turn right onto Rte. 5 south. Travel Rte. 5 for about 4 miles. The road will become 2 lanes traveling in either direction at the traffic light on the corner of Scantic Road. Turn left onto Scantic Road. Approximately 1/3 mile up on the right you will see a large cross high in the air - take the driveway up the hill. The fellowship hall is the 2nd building on the left. Hey Kathy, Sorry I haven't been around the boards for awhile. I've been trying to get as much done at work as I can since I'll be out for 2 weeks. Which brings me to: I am going miss this get together. I am really bumming. My surgery date was moved up to June 8th. So I will be out of commission. I will miss seeing all of you and less of you!! Hi Gen, Welcome to CT and welcome to these boards. The get together is definitely open to one and all. We welcome pre and post ops and people who are just interested. We don't care what doctor you have or are going to use. This is just a fun time and full of support and new friends. Hope you will be able to join us. Please email me if you are coming and let me know how many and what you would be bringing etc. Linda
