Today didn't come by fast enough for me...  watch the weekend fly by even faster!   I'm really exhausted for some reason, hmm...  someone asked if I was using my CPAP still, umm... oopsss. no I haven't so going to make sure I start using it again and perhaps I'll start to feel better...

Well here's todays Log:

B - 12oz decaf black coffee with SF Instant Carnation Breakfast - 4g protein, 12 carbs

S - 1.5 turkey sausage links -  7g protein, 1 carb L - No sugar added hot chocolate w/a protein 2 go powder  - 10g protein, 7g carbs S-  10oz Zero Carb Isopure - 20g protein, 0 carbs

D - Not sure, see follow up note! Liquids: Aside from the ones I'm using for meals, I'll also drink another 10oz of the Zero Carb Isopure (that will give me an added 29g of protein today), I'll also drink some tea, coffe and/or SF cider, plus water. Excercise:  30min powerwalk I'm still having trouble remembering my vitamins... I start off fine but its towards the end of the day as things get more hectic I forget my last multi-vitamin and last 2 calcium pills...  wonder if that's why I'm also feeling so tired and drained.
