FINALLY FINISHED ALL PRE-OP TESTS!!!!!!!!!

After five months and a bazillion tests....I am finished. I already discussed surgery with pcp and he is for it 100% so he will write whatever is necessary for ins approval. All I have to do now is to attend a group meeting. Do I call Dr Aranows office to be sure they have all reports?? or do they call me??? the bad news is that I do have COPD and my lungs are working at only 60% capacity(40 years of smoking) but pulmonary doc said I should be fine for surgery and losing weight will help me be more mobile. Thank you all for the inspiration...now I am looking forward to surgery. angel

Angel: I would call the Dr.'s office to verify they have everything they need. You will feel better knowing that they have what they need to get you moving. Best of luck to you. Keep us updated as it seems once the ball gets rolling things go pretty quick. Chryssie
