Almost there.... one more day.... B - 1oz of Peanut Butter and 1/2 a small macintosh apple - 5g protein, 7g carbs S - 10oz Zero Carb Isopure Apple Melon (may or may not mix with 10oz water) - 20g protein, 0g carb L - 3oz of corned beef - 9g protein, 0 carbs S - 10oz Zero Carb Ispure Apple Melon (again may or may not mix with water) - 20g protein, 0g carb D - 2oz of meatloaf - 16g protein, 1carbs I'll have some decaf black coffee, diet hot chocolate, tea, SF cider and or SF powder drinks to keep hydrated. Excercise - I wanted to go to the gym however I have to go to the grocery store after work, rush home and throw dinner in the oven, go to a fund raiser at Buckland Hills and then I'll be home just in time for bed, so no time tonight!
