Half way there .... and a little close to Christmas now! B - 12oz decaf black coffee with SF Carnation breakfast - 5g protein, 12g carbs S - 20oz of Zero Carb Isopure with water - 20g Protein, 0 carbs L - 2oz beef stew - 3g protein, 4g carbs S - 2oz beef stew - 3g protein, 4g carbs (it was a 4oz cup of beef stew, split between lunch and my afternoon snack) D - 2oz of corned beef - 15g protein, 0 carbs Excercise - umm.. probabaly not much today. Not feeling up for it, although I'm going to try and walk a little even if its just a quick walk around the block or two...
Liquids: Aside from the protein and coffee, I'll drink some tea, SF drinks, and probably another 20g of the Zero Carb Isopure that I have.
