FINALLY!

I got a called this morning saying I have been APPROVED!! :D I waited a month for my insurance company and employers to review my appeal, due to a written exclusion and let me tell you, that was the most gut wrenching month. Thanks to everyone for listening to me whine and rant about this whole thing.. it's been an emotional rollercoaster and I'm sure it will be even more of one after surgery, but that I can handle because I'm going to be on the losing side!!! Now.. it's a whole excruciating 30 minutes until I can call Dr. Valin's office to let them know the good news. Last Friday was supposed to be my date.. maybe I'll get lucky and it will only be a few more weeks. (I'll hop on as soon as I know the date) I'm so ecstatic right now. Just had to share. BTW.. not only did they make an ammendment for ME, but to the plan as a whole..so anyone in the future with this plan can have the surgery as long as it's medically necessary! Isn't that great?! Time to spring clean my house and get ready for this thing!
